A funny thing happened along the way

Once upon a time there was a young boy who was taken, along with his brother and sister, to Friendly's for some dinner and an ice cream sundae. At this dinner, their parents informed them that they had decided that their family needed more children and that someday, somewhere in China would be a baby girl who would become their little sister.

This young boy thought that such a drastic change to the family wasn't really necessary and he didn't see the need for a baby sister. Things were fine just as they were.

Well somewhere along the way, after first little sister came home and second little sister followed, this young boy, who is now a fine young man, changed his tune. Not only are little sisters necessary, they are to be much cherished and adored.
