There is nothing so adorable as seeing your child and a wriggling puppy both looking deliriously happy...even when that child is a lovely grown up young woman and its not her puppy.
Life is a journey. Sometimes the road is smooth and easy. Sometimes its mundane. Sometimes its filled with tough times and dangerous obstacles. Other times, its filled with exciting twists and turns and wonderful new discoveries. In any case we are always moving forward to our final destination, wherever that may be.
ME
Who am I?
- MAAM
- MAAM="Melissa Always Always Moving" We are a family that moves often. As a mother of 5 children, I am busy and my days are filled with much movement and activity. As a Christian, I am on the journey of sanctification being made more and more in the image of my Savior, Jesus Christ. In all of these endeavors, I have most definitely not arrived to my final destination, yet I continuously search for joy in the journey.
About my Family
For the sake of privacy, I will not be using my family's real names on my blog so I thought I'd introduce them to you - for those who do know the "real" names.
MWC - Mr. White Coat - my beloved husband of 25+ years so named for his profession - psychologist.
Clone - my eldest son - so named b/c of the constant remarks regarding his resemblance to his dad
Swan - the beautiful, graceful young woman I am blessed to call daughter
Frog Prince- my lively, energetic, never dull son morphing into a prince
Sweetness - my little peanut with a sweet and helpful spirit
Sunshine - our "caboose" with a sunny disposition who brightens everything around her

Belle - our delightful new daughter who came to us first by way of Swan's friendship, and permanently by her marriage to Clone
Tiger Tamer - Our newest addition...a son by marriage. So named for "catching the tiger by the tail" when he took on Swan.
